Sonja Schustereit Sonja Schustereit. Freelance Management Consultant, Trainer, and Business Coach (Ulrich Dehner/ Konstanzer Seminare, DBVC-certified) since May 2011; previously Senior Consultant in Management Diagnostics and Development at Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH, and licensed attorney since 2006. Over the course of her professional life, she has conducted numerous coaching, training, and targeted workshops for exec- utives and specialists at enterprises in many sectors of industry, frequently in support of transformation initiatives or the introduction of lean management systems. She is the author of two specialist titles published by Haufe Verlag (“Personalauswahl” on HR selection, co-authored by Boris von der Linde, and “Arbeitszeugnisse und Personalbeurteilung für den öffentlichen Dienst” on rating and evaluation processes in public service jobs).
